Event Coordinator

Own the on-ground execution of events across corporate, college, and wedding verticals. You'll manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, brief teams, and be the last line of quality before showtime.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of event coordination or operations experience
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills
  • Comfortable with late nights, weekends, and travel within MP
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for run-of-show and budget tracking

Production Manager

Requirements

  • 3+ years in event production, stage management, or AV coordination
  • Hands-on experience with sound systems, lighting rigs, and LED setups
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously under pressure
  • Familiarity with safety protocols for large crowds

Business Development Executive

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or client servicing
  • Confident presenter with the ability to tailor pitches to each vertical
  • Strong network in corporate, institutional, or hospitality sectors in MP
  • CRM experience preferred

Influencer Relations Manager

Requirements

  • 2+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media
  • Active understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and regional creator ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience running on-ground activation events is a big plus

Social Media & Content Executive

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of social media or content marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools for creatives and reels
  • Eye for visual storytelling — especially at live events
  • Strong written communication in Hindi and English

Event Operations Intern

Hands-on exposure to how live events are planned, produced, and executed. You'll shadow senior coordinators, assist with vendor coordination, help build run-of-show documents, and be on the ground at real events.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field
  • Enthusiastic about live events and willing to get on the floor
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions under pressure
  • Own laptop required
